Miller-Doan Tavern

"The town of Canal Fulton Ohio has several great places where you can grab a delicious burger like Cherry Street Creamery, The Barrel Room, The Canal Boat Lounge and Miller-Doan Tavern. My family has lived in Canal Fulton for over a year now and we have finally grabbed some grub from Miller-Doan Tavern, which is a charming Tavern located in the heart of Canal Fulton right off of Cherry Street. They have a full service bar and they have indoor seating and some outside seating as well. We ordered our food from DoorDash with a dash pass we got a 20% discount of select items. I ordered the Cowboy Burger which is served with onion petals, cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce, and steak fries. The Cowboy Burger was straight fire very scrumptious. My wife and our best friend both ordered the Tavern Smashburger which they said was very tasty. Lastly my daughter ordered Barbacoa Tacos which is Two seasoned beef tacos on corn tortillas with melted cheese and pico de gallo, Served with chips and salsa and my son ordered a chicken quesadilla. Both kids loved their food and that both entrees were very tasty. I would definitely recommend Miller-Doan Tavern for anyone who either lives in Canal Fulton or is driving through Canal Fulton, because they have great food and their prices don't break the bank."

"We're riding the OTET through from Cincinnati to Cleveland and stopped here for lunch. We ate on the patio and were able to leave the bikes on the front fence. We had the Reuben and the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, Swiss and avocado. Both came with tasty, crispy steak fries. They were thin and a few were puffy. Loved the way they were cooked. Service was great. Patio, inside seating and Bathrooms all very clean and updated. Also lots of friendly local cyclists! We recommend stopping here especially if you are riding the OTET."

"Cool little place, everyone loved the burgers they ordered, I thought my Reuben could have been more moist, I'm just used to melt in your mouth corn beef. The service was spectacular, loved the fries and drinks were very good. I will go back and try the Swiss Burger, everyone raved about it!"

"So, let me start by saying the food was decent, but for the prices, the portions are way off. The chicken breast was so small, it barely covered half the bun. Flavor was ok. The steak fries could have used some seasoning, salt, something. The burger was good, flavor was good, bacon was good. Got 4 onion rings, for a $1 upcharge. Definitely not worth the price. Got the mozzarella sticks, those were good. Overall, don't feel like the food was worth the $30+ it cost. More than likely won't return."
